For 25 years, Antis Roofing & Waterproofing has been serving the roofing needs of Southern California Homeowners Associations, Multi-Family Communities and Corporate Housing Communities. Our technicians are all factory-trained and employed directly by Antis. Plus, we work hard to get the job done with minimal intrusion to homeowners.
WE TAKE SAFETY SERIOUSLY
The roofing industry is notorious for ignoring proper safety practices, but at Antis, we’re different. The safety of our technicians is priority one. We conduct weekly safety classes and use fall protection wherever it’s required by OSHA standards. We’re licensed, bonded and insured with a $2 million General Liability policy, and when we work with your community, you are named as an “additional insured.”
WE LOVE TECHNOLOGY
At Antis, we love technology because it aids us in our mission to maintain transparency and open lines of communication. We photo document all of our inspections and repairs, and our technicians use iPads to record all fieldwork, which allows for immediate information processing. We also have a custom internal system that allows anyone in our office pull electronic records, access photos and make job status updates. When we’ve finished the job, you get a comprehensive, photo-detailed report for your records.
